The company provides an AI-powered platform that enables retailers, lenders, and digital businesses to sell, manage, and service insurance products online. 

Under the partnership, customers will benefit from insurance coverage backed by PhilFirst while enjoying a digital experience powered by ProTech’s platform. The integrated system streamlines the entire insurance process, including enrollment, policy management, customer support, policy administration, and claims processing.
